You won’t get rid of your belly until you get stress under control and cleanse your liver.

When we are under stress, the adrenal gland produces large amounts of cortisol. When that happens, all weight loss attempts are doomed. The body expects hardships (in the manner of a caveman: you never know when you’ll get your next bite), so it clings to the fat we eat or have on our bodies.
