I've never ordered from you before. How does the shopping process look?
We're honoured that you decided to make your first purchase with us! The process is as follows:
Find a product you want and add it to the shopping basket. A pop-up window will give you an option to keep shopping or go to checkout. Pick the option that suits you.
Once you have everything you need, carefully check your basket and then:
Click on the button "Proceed to checkout" to enter your data.
Choose shipping and payment method.
Carefully check your data and confirm your choice.
In 6-8 working days, your order will reach the address you entered above.
What are the shipping options?
At the moment, there is only one shipping option. GLS/ParcelForce will deliver the parcel to the address you had specified when ordering. For orders over €50, shipping is free.

If the order value is under €50, the shipping costs €6, otherwise, it's free.
I just got a discount code, but I also have another one. Can I use both?
Unfortunately, you can only use 1 discount code per purchase.
I've been using a Sensilab product for 10 days now, but it doesn't sit well with my stomach. Can I return it?
